Promotion Agreement

1. Services Provided

Global Entrepreneur agrees to promote the Client’s products or services on their Instagram page, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Content Restrictions

The Client acknowledges and agrees that the following types of products or services will not be promoted under any circumstances:

• Illegal products or services as defined by applicable local, state, or federal laws.

• Sexual content or services, including but not limited to adult entertainment or explicit material.

• Violent content or services that incite harm or promote aggression.

Global Entrepreneur reserves the right to reject any promotional content that, in their sole discretion, violates these restrictions or conflicts with the Promoter’s brand values.

3. Approval of Content

All promotional materials must be submitted to Global Entrepreneur for approval at least 5 days prior to the scheduled promotion date. Global Entrepreneur may request edits or modifications to ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement.

4. Fees and Payment

The Client agrees to pay a fee for the promotional services. Payment must be made in full [“before the content is posted”].

5. Duration of Promotion

The promotional content will remain on the Global Entrepreneur’s page for a duration of the selected price, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Global Entrepreneur from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the promotion of the Client’s products or services.

7. Termination

Global Entrepreneur may terminate this Agreement at any time if the Client breaches the content restrictions or any other terms outlined herein. In the event of termination, any fees paid are non-refundable.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the The United States of America.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
